CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we cannot change the delivery address or the contents of the order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Please note, we're unable to stop the order from being shipped. As we offer a fast delivery service, we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change it or stop it at this stage.

You can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us at no charge to you.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE?

Firstly, lucky you for having one - it's time to start shopping!

Once you have added your items to the basket, you will be asked you have a promo code. If you do, enter it into the box and click the apply button. The discount will then be applied to your order before you checkout and pay for it.

Please note we cannot apply promo codes after the order has been placed.

Promo codes are not eligible for use on selected items, such as items already on promotion & Clearance items.

Can I use my One4All Card Online?

Yes, One4All Gift Cards can be used online at shop.leinsterrugby.ie.

At checkout, select the Credit Card option. You will need the Card number, CVV2, and Online Expiry Date to complete your purchase. Please note, One4All Cards cannot be used for split payments.

Due to new EU regulations, from 10th January 2020, the maximum online spend is €50 per transaction. This limit does not apply to Chip & PIN (Gold) gift cards.

There is no spending limit on One4All cards in our stores.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

This shouldn’t happen, because we carefully track the stock that’s available and check before we offer it for sale on the website. However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes can happen. If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
